Usage Data Statistics in Board Connector

This article shows how to access usage data statistics in the Board Connector Designer.
The statistics contain recent data extraction activities to give a rough overview of system performance and anomalies.

Prerequisites

To access your usage statistics in Board Connector, enable usage data collection:

  1. Go to Server > Settings.

  2. Open the Web Server tab.
  3. Activate the following checkboxes:

Board Connector now collects usage data.

! note The user data statistics are only accessible to admin users, or anonymous if no authentication is enabled.

To display usage data statistics, go to Server > Statistics.

Top KPIs

Category KPI Description
Extraction Info Contains information about extraction runs.
Runs Number of extraction runs over the last 30 days.
Rows Number of extracted rows across all extraction runs.
Run Details Contains information about success and failure rates of extraction runs.
Success Number and percentage of extraction runs that completed successfully over the last 30 days.
Failed Number and percentage of extraction runs that ran into an error over the last 30 days.
Configuration Contains general information.
Extractions Number of existing extractions.
Sources Number of existing sources.
Destinations Number of existing destinations.
Extractions with source type Displays the number of existing extractions per SAP source system.

Performance

Displays the average number of extracted rows per extraction type and per hour and minute. Example:

Note that the performance of extractions depends on multiple factors, including:

  • hardware configuration
  • network infrastructure
  • system workload
  • data volume
  • software customization
